The BHR-4116C hybrid recorder is a professional surveillance solution that integrates seamlessly into any existing security architecture, featuring 16 channels for Analog HD cameras up to 5 MP TVI or 1080p AHD & CVI, and 8 channels for IP cameras up to 4MP. Recordings are compressed using H.264. Two hard drives of up to 8TB each (16TB total) can be installed. The iSmartVideo app (for Android and iOS) connects to the recorder via P2P, providing access to stored recordings and live camera feeds.

A user-friendly CMS allows for the interconnection and control of multiple recorders via Mac and PC, while the web client enables the recorder to be operated over the internet without the need to install additional software. The SMARTsearch feature finds relevant events in the recordings quickly and efficiently by searching for incidents exclusively within a user-defined area. 16 Analog HD channels

Up to 16 Analog HD cameras can be connected, capturing even the finest details such as faces and license plates with resolutions of up to 2592 x 1944p (TVI) or 1920 x 1080p (AHD/CVI).

8 IP channels

Additionally, 8 IP cameras with up to 4 MP each can be connected to the recorder via Ethernet to capture the environment in cinema quality over the network at up to 2592 x 1520 pixels.

Up to 16 TB of storage

Two internal hard drives with a capacity of up to 16TB can be installed. This storage capacity handles even the most demanding tasks while keeping maintenance requirements to a minimum.

4K HDMI port

With the built-in 4K HDMI port, you can also use the BHR-4116C with high-resolution 4K monitors and TVs. Thanks to the high resolution, you can keep an eye on even more live feeds simultaneously.

5MP resolution - So nothing remains hidden from you

The BHR-4116C is capable of recording video in 5MP resolution on all 16 channels simultaneously and playing it back over the network. With this high resolution, you can zoom into the smallest details and identify fine details even in large crowds.

RAID2 – Maximum data security

Safety in numbers: RAID2 mirrors files from one hard drive to the second hard drive in your recorder. This means all files are available on both drives simultaneously, ensuring you are on the safe side in the event of a hardware defect.

Even the best hard drive can eventually malfunction, especially in professional environments where the workload is high and time is limited. Motion detection

Save storage space by letting the cameras record only when motion is detected. The integrated software detects motion and automatically starts a recording.

Internet connection without port forwarding and router configuration

The P2P (peer-to-peer) function allows you to access all network-enabled cameras and recorders from Balter without needing to forward ports or use paid DynDNS providers. Simply scan a QR code on the device or enter the P2P number manually into the app or CMS, and you will have access to your video surveillance system in seconds.
